Returns
Due to the nature of our products — electronic cigarettes and vaping devices — we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used.
Returns are only accepted if:
The product is factory defective, or
It arrives malfunctioning or damaged during delivery.
If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may ask for photos or a short video showing the issue to help us process your claim faster.
Refunds
Refunds are not issued in cash or bank transfers.
Instead, approved returns will be compensated with a 35% discount coupon that can be used on your next purchase at CigsPRO.
The coupon will be sent to your email once the defective product is confirmed.
Non-Refundable Items
We cannot refund or replace items that:
Have been opened or used without any defects.
Were damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or unauthorized modifications.
Are lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
How to Request a Return
Contact us at contact@cigspro.com within 7 days of delivery.
Provide your order number, photos/video of the issue, and a short description.
Once verified, you’ll receive instructions on how to return the product (if required).
After confirmation, you’ll receive your 35% discount coupon via email.
